Better Bones & Balance
A moderate-intensity exercise class designed to strengthen muscles and bones, improve balance and flexibility, and build overall fitness. Oregon State University Research studies have shown this exercise program can slow the rate of bone loss in adults of all ages.

Line Dancing
Line dances are choreographed dances with a repeating series of steps that are performed in unison by a group of people in lines or rows. All of the dancers will face the same direction and perform the steps at the same time. We will explore different genres of line dances including country, hip-hop, pop. Come prepared to move and dance with shoes that are secure on your feet.

Develop balance and strength while practicing meditation in motion with Tai Chi stances and exercises, which focus on body alignment and body mechanics. This class is for beginners as well as those with previous Tai Chi experience. This low-impact fitness class promotes deep breathing which has been shown to reduce some of the physical aspects of stress. Tai Chi requires mind and body integration, which can enhance mental capacity and concentration.
